 My body is like a machine and to keep it in mint condition I do everything to stay fit and healthy. Thatrs why I am fitter than many 20 year old guys. However, letrs face it: The older you get, the less energy your body needs. So, as you get older, you should consume less calories and be more active. You also should pay attention to getting a sufficient amount of vitamins and mineral nutrients. To stay healthy, just doing some weight training is not enough. It is the cardio-vascular training, thatrs important. You can even pick sports which are easy on the joints, like power-walking, swimming, cycling or even gymnastics. Take it easy with the practice.
